STICKSHIELD™ EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN AGREEMENT
1-Year Limited Equipment Protection Contract
This StickShield™ Extended Protection Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) is a service contract, not
insurance, and is offered by StickShield Protection Services, LLC (“Provider,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This
Agreement is entered into between StickShield and the purchaser of the protection plan (“Customer,”
“You,” or “Your”).
This Agreement applies to one (1) eligible newly purchased ice hockey stick (“Covered Product”).
1. COVERAGE TERM (UPDATED)
Coverage begins on the SAME DAY the hockey stick is purchased (Day One), provided enrollment
documentation is received within thirty (30) days. Coverage continues for twelve (12) consecutive
months from the purchase date.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
This Agreement is only available for new hockey sticks purchased from an authorized retailer.
3. ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS (REQUIRED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE)
STEP 1 — Photograph Documentation (Required Uploads)
Submit 4 required photos: receipt (with serial sticker), serial number, full stick photo, and photo of
customer holding stick.
STEP 2 — Online Registration (UPDATED)
Your registration link will be emailed to you OR you can access your portal directly at:
https://stickshield.dyrect.co/beta/
Upload photos and complete registration through the portal.
STEP 3 — Acceptance Confirmation
Once verified, Customer will receive a digital certificate of coverage.
4. COVERED FAILURES
Accidental breakage during normal hockey play. Replacement or reimbursement up to the purchase
price.
5. EXCLUSIONS
Not Covered: misuse, intentional damage, cosmetic wear, heat or chemical exposure, pro/paid play,
loss/theft, fraud.
6. CLAIMS PROCESS (UPDATED)
If stick breaks before all 12 monthly payments are completed, ALL REMAINING PAYMENTS become
due immediately before replacement/reimbursement.
7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY (UPDATED)
Limit of one replacement or reimbursement. Replacement stick may be enrolled in a NEW warranty
plan by purchasing a new agreement.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain proof of purchase, provide accurate claim information.
9. CANCELLATION (UPDATED)
Cancellation is only allowed within the FIRST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
If cancelled within 30 days and no claim filed: Initial Surcharge refunded.
After 30 days: No refund issued.
If claim filed at any time: No refund of Initial Surcharge or monthly fees.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by Provider’s state law.
By enrolling, Customer accepts all terms.
